Your date, time and place of birth, where provided, for the purpose of considering your celestial placements as part of The Aura Discovery.

Information you choose to provide about allergies, dietary requirements, fragrance or skin sensitivities, accessibility needs or anything else we should know to make your experience comfortable and appropriately considered.
Photographs and experience materials
Where relevant, photographs created during your experience and information appearing on your Aura, Discovery or other experience materials.

We generally collect personal information directly from you.
This may happen when you make an enquiry, request or reserve an experience, complete The Aura Discovery, communicate with us before, during or after your experience, participate in The Wealth Within You, or choose to provide feedback or permission for photography or other material.

• communicate with you about The Wealth Within You;
• respond to enquiries and manage reservations;
• prepare and curate your experience;
• consider your responses to The Aura Discovery;
• determine or consider celestial placements using birth information you provide;
• identify your Aura and other patterns that may inform your experience;
• understand your style, scent, self-expression and personal preferences;
• accommodate dietary requirements, allergies, sensitivities or accessibility needs;
• create and prepare experience materials;

THE AURA DISCOVERY
The Aura Discovery combines information you provide across Celestial · Expression · Desire.
Some responses may be considered using The Wealth Within You’s internal methodology to identify patterns across the Nine Auras. Those patterns are then personally considered as part of preparing your experience.
The Aura Discovery is intended as a creative and reflective part of The Wealth Within You experience. It is not a medical, psychological or diagnostic assessment.
HEALTH, COMFORT & ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
We may ask whether there is anything we should know to make your day comfortable and beautifully considered, including allergies, dietary requirements, fragrance or skin sensitivities and accessibility needs.
Please provide only information you are comfortable sharing and that is relevant to your experience.
We use this information primarily to prepare and deliver your experience safely and appropriately.
Where reasonably necessary to accommodate your requirements, relevant information may need to be communicated to a venue or service provider involved in your experience. Where appropriate, we will seek to minimise the information shared.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography may form part of The Wealth Within You experience, but participating in an experience does not automatically mean that you consent to your image being used for marketing.
We will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable photographs of you for promotional or marketing purposes.
Permission for documentation or marketing can be considered separately from your participation in the experience.
HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS STORED
The Wealth Within You uses trusted digital service providers to operate the website, receive enquiries and forms, communicate with clients and maintain business records.
These may include Squarespace and Google services, as well as other service providers we reasonably use from time to time.
We take reasonable steps appropriate to the nature of our business and the information we hold to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
