These Terms & Conditions apply to experiences and services provided by The Wealth Within You.

By making a confirmed reservation for an experience, you acknowledge these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
THE EXPERIENCE
The Wealth Within You is a private, curated self-discovery experience.
Each experience is individually considered and may incorporate elements of personal style, fragrance, beauty, art, retail, astrology, tarot, conversation, photography, hospitality and other forms of personal discovery.
Experiences may take place across a number of locations, including cafés, restaurants, galleries, retailers and other public or private venues.
The particular places, activities and discoveries included in an experience may vary according to the individual, availability, opening hours, weather and other circumstances.
Part of The Wealth Within You is allowing the experience to unfold naturally. An itinerary, venue, retailer, product, fragrance, artwork or other element discussed before the day should therefore not be considered guaranteed unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
RESERVATIONS
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a preferred date does not by itself create a confirmed reservation.
Your experience is confirmed when The Wealth Within You personally confirms your reservation with you.
You are responsible for ensuring that the contact and other information you provide is accurate and for letting us know if anything relevant to your experience changes before your day.
PRICING & PAYMENT
The applicable price and any payment requirements will be communicated before your reservation is confirmed.
Any additional purchases made from retailers, restaurants or other third parties during your experience are separate from the price of The Wealth Within You unless expressly stated otherwise.
You are under no obligation to purchase any product encountered or recommended during your experience.
Where a third party processes a purchase, its own payment, return, exchange and other terms may apply to that transaction.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans sometimes change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your experience, please contact The Wealth Within You as soon as reasonably possible.
Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, deposit or refund conditions will be communicated to you before your booking is confirmed.
Nothing in a cancellation or refund policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
CHANGES TO YOUR EXPERIENCE
The Wealth Within You may occasionally need to adjust part of an experience because of circumstances such as venue availability, retailer opening hours, exhibition changes, weather, transport disruption, illness or other events outside our reasonable control.
Where a material change is required, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an appropriate alternative while preserving the spirit of your experience.
If The Wealth Within You needs to cancel or significantly reschedule an experience, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to discuss the available options.
THIRD-PARTY VENUES & PURCHASES
The Wealth Within You experience may involve visiting independent cafés, restaurants, galleries, retailers and other venues.
These businesses are separate from The Wealth Within You and remain responsible for their own products, services, premises and transactions.
We thoughtfully select and recommend places, products and experiences, but availability, pricing, opening hours, menus, stock and other third-party offerings may change without notice.
Any decision to purchase a product or service from a third party is yours.
HEALTH, ALLERGIES & ACCESSIBILITY
Before your experience, we may invite you to tell us about allergies, dietary requirements, fragrance or skin sensitivities, accessibility needs or anything else relevant to making your day comfortable and appropriately considered.
Please provide information that is accurate and sufficiently detailed for us to reasonably take it into account when preparing your experience.
We will take reasonable care in considering the information you provide. However, third-party venues and retailers remain responsible for their own food preparation, ingredients, products, premises and services.
If you have a serious allergy, medical condition or accessibility requirement that may affect your participation, please let us know before your experience so we can discuss what can reasonably be accommodated.
ASTROLOGY, TAROT & PERSONAL REFLECTION
Astrology and tarot may be incorporated into The Wealth Within You as creative and reflective tools.
They are intended to encourage curiosity, conversation and personal reflection and are not presented as factual predictions, diagnoses or professional advice.
Nothing provided as part of The Wealth Within You is intended to replace medical, psychological, financial, legal or other qualified professional advice.
You remain responsible for your own choices and decisions during and after the experience.
THE AURA DISCOVERY
The Aura Discovery is part of The Wealth Within You’s creative methodology.
It considers information you choose to provide across Celestial, Expression and Desire, together with personal curation.
Your Aura and any related observations are interpretive and reflective in nature. They are not psychological assessments, diagnoses or statements of objective fact.
An Aura is a point of departure, not a prescription.
SHOPPING & RECOMMENDATIONS
Products, brands, fragrances, clothing, jewellery, objects, venues or other discoveries may be introduced or discussed during your experience.
These are curatorial suggestions rather than requirements to purchase.
The Wealth Within You does not guarantee that a particular item will remain available, suit every individual, or continue to be offered by a third-party retailer.
You are always free to decide whether something belongs in your life.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Wealth Within You experience and its original materials have been developed specifically for The Wealth Within You.
This includes, where applicable, The Aura Method, the Nine Auras, written descriptions, questions, frameworks, card designs, Discovery materials, experience concepts, written content, branding and other original materials.
Unless otherwise stated, these materials are provided for your personal enjoyment and reflection.
They may not be reproduced, copied, adapted, published, distributed, sold or used commercially without prior written permission from The Wealth Within You.
Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of third-party artworks, tarot traditions, astrological systems, brands or other material belonging to their respective owners.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
The Wealth Within You is highly personal, and every woman’s experience will be different.
We do not promise that an experience will produce a particular emotional, personal, stylistic or other outcome.
Our role is to create and curate the experience with reasonable care and skill. Your interpretations, discoveries and decisions remain your own.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our services come with rights and guarantees that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Where The Wealth Within You is required by law to provide a remedy, we will do so in accordance with the applicable law.
PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with The Wealth Within You is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable Australian consumer or other laws.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time as The Wealth Within You evolves or as legal or operational requirements change.
The version that applies to a confirmed paid booking will be the version made available to you in connection with that booking, subject always to applicable law.
The current version will be published on this website with the date it was last updated.
